"Listen, sometimes you have to dig deep. I know that. Occasionally there are times when the group need to realise that it's about working hard for each other and getting a result. We know this will be difficult but equally the players have a fantastic work ethic . I have absolutely no doubt whatsoever that whatever the outcome they will give everything , as long as we are organised and work on what we do best then I cannot ask for anything more from them.

This is a fantastic opportunity, it really is .Whether we are successful or not I am extremely proud of the group. We understand that occasionally a fence post has to be replaced and we deal with it when it happens. I don't see this as a set back but as an opportunity. Digging out the old concrete is hard graft but we just get on with it. I understand the frustration of the supporters but at the same time I'm sure they appreciate what we are trying to do here, from the grass roots right through to the top. We will emerge from this a better unit. Make no mistake, I have a job to do and have every confidence that this group will see it through to the end tremendously ."

"That's very kind of you but it's down to the group. They work extremely hard . "

We have too many splinter groups and it's difficult to nail down.
