Derby County midfielder Stephen Pearson is attracting attention from Coventry City boss Chris Coleman.

The People are reporting that Coleman is hoping to take Pearson to the Ricoh Arena on loan for the remainder of the season with a view to making a £2.5 million switch in the summer.

The 25 year old Scottish International midfielder has made 23 appearances for the Rams this season but is finding himself in and out of the side.

I have never seen him play so I have no idea if he is any good or what we need in the side but what do you think about this?

dont know enough about him really. £2.5m is alot of ££ but i have faith in coleman buying good players. somthing that i didnt have in dowie

I don't know too much about Pearson but it's good news that we're being linked with players. £2.5 mill is a lot but it's a good statement of intent.
