Something does smell fishy. Who could he possibly be looking at?

The same Steve Staunton that also gave us the twos up when he played for us?
Must be an Irish thing eh?!

Booing our own players is obviously not a recent development then.

If this "clown" gets the job, I'm off down the Villa, 40 years of watching the Sky Blues, this appointment would be the final straw!

Why would you go down the Villa? Surely that'd be like asking for seconds of school cabbage?

I hate the Villa more than any Blues fan does, but our club is becoming a Joke, Staunton is a Joke of a manager, so he would suit us perfectly. This appointment had better not happen, if it does I will be seeking legal advise, to see if I can have a refund on my season ticket.
Anyone and I mean anyone over Staunton !!!!!!!!!!!!

I am a season ticket holder and thus have to go to home games, but the only name that would excite me and that I believe could do a job for us with the set of players we have now, would be Wise ... none of the others are up to it in my humble opinion.

He lost 19 out of 25 games for Darlington, I'm positive they will look at C.V's and see his as a no go. And he was hired by Sunderland as backroom staff for Steve Bruce, whether he still remains their I don't know.

Wise will be a crisis appointment because that's what we're in

We do not the time nor money to get another manager in who will need time and some resources to rebuild

It HAS to be Wise now

Would still love to see someone like Di Canio. Unlikely I know, but we ARE a decent club (albeit terminally ill at the moment....)
