However we are in talks with other clubs about groundsharing next season, to enable the Club to fulfil fixtures if necessary. This is not the situation we would want, nor that our fans would want, but would enable the survival of the Club in the EFL next season and make sure our fans have a team to support.

Seems the EFL are quite happy with a groundshare, if that statement is to be believed.

Does beg the question what the point of that vote was, though.

You know when a child is playing up and you give them a task to do. David Johnson was shouting in the office so they told him to go away and put a survey together.

To vote against CCFC would be like Turkeys voting for Xmas. I am not worried about this.

It's a chance to make money when their ground would normally be empty and then there is the rent on top.

Hmm, so supposing we ended up witgh a move to Milton Keynes. Move out of the City in favour of a franchise, and move in with... a franchise. With the attendant danger that CCFC become a franchise if and when there ends up no way back.

This could all be the start of Pandora's Box being opened...

It would be good if the EFL make public those clubs that vote for us to be expelled. After all, we all need something else to be angry and ranty about!

Its interesting that last time nobody wanted to and this time we seem to have a choice of a few grounds. What has been said to those clubs to make them think this time is any different?

It's nice that so many other clubs are rallying around to help us.

If it happens I think they will more than likely go public with those for and against. I recall Dundee having the deciding vote on Rangers being expelled from the league and they still hate them for it to this day.

Why are they letting us have it for free?

Doing it for themselves.

That’s it though Nick they can’t do nothing, if we have nowhere by April 25th there won’t need to be a vote.
I’m concerned that a ground share proposal hasn’t been announced before a long term new stadium. If 100% vote for us to stay in league that’s no good without a ground.

Cant see it.... council won't stop being "cints".... been lining up SISU for years...as is becoming increasingly more apparent.
Said it many times and in posts before the last couple of weeks, they hate SISU and are willing to use CCFC as collateral damage to get at them in any way... again as has become apparent.
Honestly think the weak link in this could be Wasps if the correct pressure is applied... Sadly, the "voice of the fans" who get out into the media and rally for protests/action won't have any of it...

Club representatives met with those from Rugby, the EFL and grounds safety. Other options are on the table as we know though. St Andrews keeps being heavily mentioned.

I think there will be a few who vote to kick us out after the Northampton fiasco not so long ago seems to be happening again

I think the groundshare will already be in place mate everyone sitting it out till the last minute to see if anyone will bow down.

Don't know the answer but perhaps last time it was seen by outsiders as a lever to use in the dispute with ACL?
This time it's a genuine case of the club being booted out of their home because for reasons beyond their control

Which they’ve said they’d do, how about Wasps put a deal up that’s conditional on legals being dropped?

Would SISU be able to drop the legals, do a deal with wasps then re appeal??

A few fans of said club might want us out but why would the ‘Club’ itself want to vote against us? I can’t see it being in that or many other clubs interest to set a precedence in voting for the demise of CCFC.
I’m with the Accrington owner and can see very few votes against us.
