All easily solved:

1) Already have a ready made replacement in Julian Gray... I think it's time to unleash him.
2) Speak to their manager John Gregory and get another year, whilst drafting in Savo Milosevic as cover for Godden.
3) Stop making them.

"Bring in more senior pro's to cut out individual errors". McFad has been responsible for a large % of the individual errors made and he's our oldest player.
