i don't know the formation we have played in the last few games i've been away but from the looks of the last games team it was 4-1-2-1-2 or 4-4-2

so:
murphy
clarke--malaga---wood-------hussey
Baker--fleck------kilbane----sheffers
-----------cody-------ball

or
murphy
clarke--malaga---wood-------hussey
--------------kilbane----
--------baker-------------sheffers
---------------fleck-------------
-----------cody-------ball

i was told deegan injured thomas so we are a bit light weight in midfield

Yep, Deegan put him out for a month. It took him until his last training session to live up to his tough-tackling reputation.

Is this including players who aren't available as they refused to give in to bully-boy tactics?

too many unknowns to even be bothered.
will be happy to wait to tonight.
insignificant game anyway the league has to be priority.
This should be treated as friendly to get players fit.

I don't like how Murphy is completely out of his area, we could be in real trouble.

Think it'll be a strong side. Or as strong as he can name.

Carsley's "Development Squad" has a game this midweek, so can't see too many actual academy boys or unfit players being in.

I'll go for:

------------Dunn
Clarke Wood Malaga Hussey
----------Brown
---Baker Kilbane McShuty
------Ball ---- C-Mac

Murphy
Clarke - Malaga - Wood - Hussey
Brown
Kilbane - McSheffrey
Fleck
Ball - McDonald

If Fleck is not fit, Baker will come in.
