It's the first day of pre-season at Ryton. The boys are set to be put throught their paces to ensure that they haven't relaxed too much during the close season. Fat tests shall be conducted along with other advanced fitness tests, before they jet off to Portugal for an intense training camp.

Lets just hope that they are not starting as they mean to go on. At least 5 members of the squad still haven't made it into work 15 minutes after they were due to begin. It would seem CCFC have issues with timing from the board right down to the squad. Let's hope our back line can make their tackles on time or we shall be shipping goals left right and centre.

The good news is Juke has started as he means to go and is there on time and rareing to go. As a striker we need him to be in the right place at the right time. I see big things from him this season. PUSB

<br />There's been an accident on the A45 closing thebroad from Tollbar Island which has been widely reported locally so let's cut them some slack. The whole area has been gridlocked!

Hahaha morale high ground. Never sat in stationary traffic and sent a message then?

They're a disgrace to the club, ban them!!! Sack them!!! Ann Lucas, start the revolution!!!

No I haven't sat in traffic and sent a message. Tbh it would take me so long to type one I would need to pull over - quicker for someone with my pork chop fingers to phone.

Nothing to do with moral high ground ... Luke McCormick?

Bit of a difference between sending a message stationary and doing it at 70mph hours after getting pissed at a wedding reception.....

One thing we're both presuming is they're driving.... Could quite possibly be in someone elses car tweeting...

For sure, totally agree and also about the assumption too, but if they are driving then its something I disagree with (probably more so as a father, I see dangers that I never used to and have even slowed down as a driver too).

I'm not making them public enemy number 1 btw, the guys that slag them off on things like twitter are nutjobs - can't see what good it does, but again probably because I'm a techno dinosaur

I think that they are sitting in stationary traffic Rob, they may as well be parked up. There definitely ain't going to be anyone walking down the A45 either.

Agreed that's why I said stationary. I've been parked between J14 & 15 on M6 for two hours coz of a closure, in scorching weather playing headers and volleys with other people on hard shoulder!! Lol.

Can't believe that some fans are actually having a go at them for being caught up in a traffic jam after a major accident.
