I think its great they are doing something about cancer but they are going on about donating to go towards finding a cure.

Sounds a bit like if you donate they will get a cure for cancer!

Its Cheryl Cole though. She can mime all she likes if it keeps her on my TV screen

Its a bit if a scare tactic, 1 in 3 will get it so it will be you or somebody else so donate now to find a cure!

It's not a scare, it's a fact.

I have known, and do know, many people close to me , with cancer. Cures need to be found, there are approximately 200 types, some treatable but many are not. Money IS needed to achieve this goal.

Sorry, not preaching, but it needs to be said.

I'll support any activity commercial or otherwise that gets us any closer to ridding the world of this dreadful disease , I'll even listen to Cheryl Cole's singing.....errrr miming!!

As a scientist I have actually done a bit of cancer research (not for long but still) and can safely say that CRUK funding is invaluable to the work that goes on. We chemists aren't all bad
