looks like there’s a bit of Coldplay type stuff going on too - in that if you want access to ‘pre-sale’ tickets you have to pre-order the new album.
Otherwise you’d be waiting for the carnage of general sale For what would be only a relatively small amount of tickets.

Dunno mate. Rammstein had 30K, not sure if sold out, Harry Styles 35K which was. They were the last main acts at the arena that I can remember. If we can manage to attract 2 or 3 really big artists for the stadium bowl in the summer, and 4 or 5 every year in the exhibition hall, on top of the usual '2025 Cold tap conference'or whatever other boring bollocks is usually in there through the week, we will be laughing

I don't believe the stadium gets any of the ticket money, it's usually a flat fee (but not always), I've read somewhere it is typically around 150K-200K for a 40,000 venue. I saw this on a post a while ago, so just going from memory and cannot say how accurate it is. They do tend to keep all f&b revenue and parking though, that I am sure of. Imagine average spend at a gig is high.
What's the capacity for the exhibition hall, is it 7K?For the Ed Sheeran gig:
'Tickets price £95. + booking fee + venue facility fee + £1 levy for donation to the live trust.'
