Signing the contract for this has to be the best signing we could possibly have done this window!!

Still can't bring myself to waking up this morning feeling fine.

It explains why the club sorted the turnstiles etc etc etc.

Great news. Feels a bit weird.

Blimey... what a blinder Doug and his team have played this window An incredible 20th anniversary this is, makes all the venting about lack of transfers seem a bit silly now!

What this signals to me is that we will have a new owner in the next couple years. He's earnt his money from that sale.

This is massive news. Gives the club long-term stability and can rely solely on itself moving forward - not needing to constantly go into battle with whoever is the current landlord.

Genuinely one of the biggest milestones in the club's history.

If we can get to the prem with the stadium and ryton sorted then he can probably make a decent profit.

It says it's the club ltd company, I assume the one that got the 15m injection so probably needs the accounts looking at to try and figure it out.

One of the best emails I've ever had

Puts to bed the rubbish about Ashley wanting to take over.

Hope we still have a few quid left for a CB
