Outline minutes from last weeks stadium forum.

Sorry if already posted, didn't see anything, but may have missed it in all the Wasps and Pressley out discussions.

Note the warning on the ccfc website...

These minutes are a brief outline of the points discussed at this meeting. They are not a verbatim record and as such, should not be duplicated, distributed or placed on any media, website or forum as a record of those discussions, without the express permission of the Chair.

I don't think putting a link is the same as distributing them etc, but if I'm wrong no doubt this thread will be removed.

TBF It's a bit of a Paradox.

It's either not really meant for wider consumption or they recognise the Disdain/Disbelief associated to It .

Of course It was never designed to achieve anything more than to give Fisher a voice when he had none .

It's pretty much wound down now and continues In the form of expanding and Diluting the other SCG

I thought the point of this group was to discuss a future stadium not criticize the current stadium that they want to leave.

If that is a real reflection of the meeting what is the point in having one?

The only actions or information is for SG to contact other parties about attending a meeting?
There appears to be no decision making capability or desire. The closest was TF would make some budget available for the right scheme. Maybe a statue of Joy in the concourse, wet sponges etc could be thrown. Might be a money earner.

Got a nephew who works for the Highways on planning, he was not aware of any meeting about stadia recently, this does not mean that they haven't happened, just he is not aware. He did say he would try and find out though. Told him I wouldn't be holding my breath.

• In light of the recent Wasps deal, TF confirmed that there is a secure tenancy at the Ricoh for 2 years plus an option on a further 2 years. The club would like to extend that to a 5th year if possible.
If the club has moved on, as TF keeps telling everyone, why do they want to extend the current deal to rent?

To me that just shows had bad they are at running everything. Only a month after sorting a 4 year contract it turns out that's not what they need and they want another year. What's happened in the last month that's delayed fantasty land by a year?
