Richardson approached Rossborough before he bought Wasps.. He didn't approach CCC or ACL or any Ricoh partners.

Richardson spoke to Rossborough about joining forces with CRFC but was before he bought into Wasps. I also fail to see where this proves Wasps were in talks with CCC as some are insinuating in 2012.

The only thing I can see where CCC would be involved is for their permission to play there(BPA) I've not seen anywhere, any affermation about being in talks with CCC about the Ricoh apart from the usual reporting starting approx aug 2014. So once again, if you've got proof otherwise, then please post it on here to receive unreserved apologies from me

It is a quote from the Telegraph and I would say that they had researched enough to avoid being charged with Libel/slander from CCC. BTW it looked very much like a "Flounce" to me.
