Okay, boring thread, but why has number 5 not been filled? New signing?

Surely the last position we need to fill is central defence!

Perahps number 5 not filled as fans will have bought shirts with numbers on. I wouldn't read too much into that

means nothing! Morrison signed and had 19 because the others were taken.....might just mean we'll sign a striker but they will not be automatic first choice

I surprised that Ben Turner wasn't given number 5. Unless of course he has an affinity to 20, in the same way that Gunnar did with 17.

Yep, Cranie seems to like 15 and Wood 24. Guess i'm trying to convince myself a signing is imminent - when of course sod all is happening 'behind the scenes'.
