SP is more a coach than a scout, maybe an Andy Thorn type is needed?
How many of his signings have actually been a success?
Presso's talents lie in tactics, motivation & leadership.
His scouting is questionable.
Non of the loan players lit up the team apart from Mcguire, who is no longer at the club.

Yet we still leak goals galore?
Fernan, care to prove me wrong?
Stats don't lie!
None of SP's signings have done much!
Presso brings on the young players & other manager's signings, Leon, Baker, Murphy, moosa etc

Just my opinions
I don't just blindly follow the sheep!
I'm not a Sisu fan but can also see the some good they have brought to the club & the mess was here way before they came!
I didn't think we had an exciting young squad when Thorn was forced to sell everyone standing....but look at the potential now
I disagree.. Seaborne looks like a solid player who can really add something to our defence, and Dagnall shows the kind of energy and work ethic that proves his determination - reminds me a bit of Andy Morrell.
As long as we keep scoring more than we concede, I don't really care.
How can you exactly judge his transfer policy? He's had little room to manouvre in the market budget-wise, and we know he missed out on transfer targets because of the embargo.
Totally agree, he has had to pick players from scraps. He has no transfer budget to speak off, he had to release players i.e. sheffers, Bell and co to release any kind of funds. Personally in the position we are in given the resources he has had SP has done an amazing job. People like Webster, whos legs might be lagging a wee bit still add a lot of value to a very young and inexperienced defense.

What do you class as signings ? Webster has done okay and the two loans McGuire and Dagnall scored goals can't say anything yet about Urquhart or the Dutchman. But what about the likes of Wilson, Thomas, Phillips may not be "new" signings but are new to regular first team football and done well and there's others. As for Mansatt I don't believe he was a 100% Pressley signing, IMO Pressley ditched him from the first team squad too quickly to be his choice
Webster ok, looked a lot better since his mini rest, expect further improvement after a decent pre season. The players bombed out, 100 % correct on all of them. Seaborne very good, Daggers also looked useful. Manset, they knew there was enough talent, but he obviously lacked the application.
