Hang on, have they actually been given new information or have they just approved it anyway?

Coincidence this is the day after the council agree to put £10m in?

Its got to be a coincidence, they are separate projects there is absolutely no link between them, thr red line in wasps plans show that

Can we add Sport England to the list of the parties who are in this great conspiracy against the football club?

I make it 4 now, some of the more swivel eyed might add central government to the list so lets say 5.
Nothing to do with CCFC owners being a bunch of inept cunts of course,

I don't think many care TBH

Also, I've been saying this for ages, nothing has happened to change my mind.
SISU no longer want to fund the academy. IMHO

Cov council cutting services left right and centre, yet put in over £10 million into a big swimming pool that will only be open to public at very specific times i'd call that fucking crazy

Sisu need to leave, they have been put on the naughty step by all the other parties with little or no hope of them getting off it. Sadly the club will suffer on a daily basis until they give up and walk away or put the club as we know it to sleep.

About to go out so will post more later but reading Sport Englands response they have clearly been fed a load of spin by CCC and Wasps and have taken it in hook line and sinker. They're allowing the plans to go through with a vague possibility of things happening and no assurances.

Have a read and it becomes very clear why the Wasps and pool applications have been done separately.

Is there a legal approach to appealing the planning permission ? We know SISU likes court action so this may be the one time they could initiate a case with the fans' backing.

I think Sisu have been again out maneuvered, all has been covered by all these other parties. I would hope most fans would back the owners leaving than more court cases no matter how valid.

Rubbish , could it just be that Sisu have nt a pot to piss in and offer no investment , whilst Wasps on the other hand are taking their club forward .

Only possible outcome, these people work on facts, they don't give heed to shysters bleating that everyone else owes them a football ground, exclusive use of a community asset, blah blah...everyone who disagrees must be sued..blah blah.
Here's to them banning flags at the new stadium on fire risk grounds. Muppets.

How many times, if they stay much longer the damage done will take the club to the point of no return. Its hard to see how more fucked than we are now but with these in control im afraid i can see more trouble coming our way, or you happy to know we are deliberately getting shafted to prove Sisu were the victim. Sisu are not the victim the club will be, they need to go to stop all other parties squeezing the club to death, they are the root cause, you have to see that.

Me and you Nick have had this discussion multiple times and nothing changes my opinion that Sisu are being screwed for a hostile takeover, by who? don't know its an opinion.

How the fuck do i know, but why would all these parties be pissing in the same puddle without an game plan. When i said this months ago it was put down by a few who are now seeing things as coincidence, nothing going on here is normal.

What do you mean? how does it work!!! Just my opinion that most fans would want Sisu to leave the club other than trotting off to court again with no hope of winning!!!! Sorry bud if i'm not understanding your question..

I 100% agree, sisu are useless. As for conspiracy, that will only be answered by time and under Sisu i'm not sure how much longer that is.

But just a question is nobody apart from a certain few allowed an opinion!!! Because if that's the rule, maybe ill start drinking as it might be more entertaining than the same BS on here everyday.

I think they concluded its not really a planning issue.
It's down the club to agree commercial terms.
Ie the club don't have to lose the academy they can agree commercial terms over two sites.
They will only lose the academy if they choose not to fund it.
Which I think they are saying is not an issue for Sports England but an operational decision for the club
(I think)

Suppose we might get a few more fans there. Gordon Milne knows the area to advise?

They may not be trying to damage them they just might not want to have anything to do with them at all.
