Nice to meet you today. I didn't see the bold print before buying the last 2 in block 122. Could you just confirm that this isn't Otis's block. If it is would you consider buying them back at half price?

It looks like I will have 3 tickets in Block 123 Row 3 Seats 23, 24, 25 to shift (2 x£48 , 1 x £24 concession)

Only caveat you will be sitting next to my sister in law ! So have waived the booking fee
