It is a ridiculous decision to cut out the players that he has.
Yes they aren't great. Yes they're not worth the money they're on. But the fact is that pretty much all of them would get in our best XI with the squad as it is at the moment. And we can't sign any players for the foreseeable future.
So what's better... Bell/Sheff etc earning silly salaries to train seperately, collect their cash and play no part in the team. Or Bell/Sheff etc earning silly salaries but playing games and contributing (no matter what you say, they are better than any 17/18 year old kids we could put out).

They're not wanted because of salary, fine. But at least make the most of them while they're here, put them in the shop window, whatever.
