It may have went pear shaped this season for TM but mowbray is 4 times the managers this idiot is, there has been a reason it's always been MV as number 2 in the past.

Yes you are right. Even if they are not good enough they can put a proper shift in. Sometimes that enough to overcome limitations.
Unfortunately too often this season we are both not good enough nor do we seem to care enough.

I think the management/club have lost the players respect. With TM gone having basically said there is no support to make it work and MV promoted to a director in the evil empire they have distanced themselves so much that the players feel a disconnect. It's just opinion but it certainly feels that way. Initially they won 5 in 8 when MV started then the realty set in that they were worse off than ever. I'm sure most of us agree we can see what is wrong with the team selection today?
This club better get a 'manager' in pronto or even I can see relegation to the 4th tier inevitable.
