Hell of a performance from Leicester but Southampton were absolutely woeful. Does their manager survive that?

He can’t can he? I’d be amazed if he’s still in a job by tomorrow evening. What impressed me was despite the goals Leicester weren’t taking their foot off the gas, I admire that.

They came out of nowhere before and won the Premier. But think not this time.

I think Liverpool will win it this season, Rodgers has done a great job at Leicester though.

Biggest ever away win in Premier. As a kid I was at Highfield Road when they put 8 goals in our net.

I like to see teams who just want to score more and more we seem to see off

I think that only happens when none of the 'big four' turn up. Two of them have this time round.

That was down there, rattles. I'm not having you as a 'kid' in 1984!

This I believe is the biggest away win in Engliah football since it started in 1888!

I seem to recall (from programme collection) Leicester sticking 8 past us in a League cup tie.

This was the match. 8-1 Gordon Banks in goal. I was behind the goal in the covered end, which later became the West End.

I just had a quick look on one of their message boards, probably not a very popular one as the match thread was 5 pages but I didn't think the meltdown was that bad considering the result.
It was probably worse on here when we drew with Bolton.

I'm not sure if that reflects more badly on them or us.

Their facebook page was hilarious. Second post down a fan was announcing he's never going to St Mary's ever again.

My sister lives in Leicestershire but married to a Leicester Tigers fan. When I've been over there most people support the rugby team over the football.

I can remember Leicester beating us 8-1 at HIghfield Road.
Anyone else remember it?
George Hudson scored our lone goal.
Leicester had several internationals in their team but so did we.
