so what does everyone think the line up will be our full first team?
first team with a few youngsters and mcpake?
or just a bunch of youngsters and a few bench player's?

im gonna go for something like this.

-----------------Dunn-----------
clarke--mcpake-----keogh----hussey
--------------thomas--------------
------ruffles---------bigi-----
-------------bell----------
--------jeffers---sheffers------

well this is what it should be in my opinion rest some of the squad would rest jeffers but all other strikers are injured not enough options in midfield to do a complete change.

Is Clarke fit yet?

Give the Academy side a run out.

The team will be the team that finished on Saturday I would imagine barring injuries. I can't see him playing a weakened team.

Seems strange we'd put willis on the bench ahead of him.

Honestly think that as most of the players have been injured or dropped that we can play a strong team anyway.....maybe with a few tweaks......it also depends a little on who is fit......will Clingan, Cameron, McDonald and Platt be available for instance?

Assuming that they are the above four do not make it this is what I would start with.

Murphy GK......why would you drop/rest him on current form makes no sense whatsoever
Keogh RB...captain lionheart never needs rest!
Crainie CB
Wood CB
Hussey LB
Thomas DCM
Baker LM
Deegan RM
Bell ACM
Mc Sheff ST
Jeffers ST

Subs: Dunn, McPake, Christie, Juke, Bigi

Pretty strong line up would change it a bit and give Clingan, Platt, McDonald & Cameron starts if they were fit!

I think we should be in it to win it anyhow....do not agree that we need to rest as many players as possible for sake of it...particularly as finding form.....only one who really needs a rest is Juke!!

If there is a bid imminent for the club then FA Cup money from any hope of a run in the competition is pointless at this juncture so common sense says field the reserves and get out and concentrate on the league.
If he fields a bunch of second string then that would indicate a bid may be in the offing....

Well Mcpake will probably be frozen out now so

------------Murphy
Christie--Keogh--Cranie--Wood
------------Thomas
-----Ruffels---------Gael
---------------Bell
------Jeffers-------Another youngster?

Something like that would be my guess.

If the academy side is given a run out, who would you play in the academy side the same day?

why would mcpake be frozen out when he didn't hand in any transfer request

According to Thorn he asked to leave the club and we all know Thorn is stubborn enough to freeze him out now.

"If people don’t want to stick around for the fight and don’t want to play here that’s fine, they can move on because I need people who want to have a go for the club."

Tbh I am getting mightily sick with Thorn's interviews now.

We could give the opposition the 3 points, not like we need them, we're running away with the league.
