Don't remember this one. There were two fanzines I remember from the late 70s/early 80s: Alternative Sounds and Private Enterprise. The music scene back then was absolutely buzzing - even before The Specials got picked up by John Peel. So many bands and gigs every weekend somewhere and even some on weekdays. Venues I recall: The Climax; The Butts; Roots Hall; General Woolfe and there was a pub close to the Parsons Nose chippy but I don't remember what it was called.

Favourite band from that time was Urge:



Also, Wild Boys played the Cov Theatre in a play (Risky City).
