Just watching Soccer Aid. Great singer came on at half time and sang a really good song. Being an old fart, I didn't know who he was, so had to Google it. It was Tom Grennen. Really great singer. Anyway, further reading showed he had a half decent football career, and to top it off.... he's a mad Coventry City fan! Made my night!

Literally as I posted, a bunch of people turned up on the pitch!
I thought I'd tune in to see if the camera's went on the concourses - My daughters studying at Manchester and she works for the companies selling programmes at OT on matchdays and merch at gigs and festivals in the North West.

There was a thing on sky a couple of years before soccer aid called The Match that was actually pretty decent a squad of ex pros and a squad of celebs against each other Bobby Robson and Graham Taylor were the gaffers if I remember rightly
