Thought he should have come on in the last 20 at the very least. Yes surprised by that. Otherwise to get 'match fit' why was he on the bench then?

You'd have thought thorn would have done something with him rather than have roy on the pitch

Roy has looked better than Cody in every game I've seen him. He hasn't had the time up front, he keeps getting moved out wide. He works harder than any player on the pitch and is the fastest player we have. Those two facets of his game alone make a pretty strong case for him to start, but I want to see him played up front on the shoulder of the last defender (see Hartlepool goals), not out wide as a defender high up the pitch. But the later is a role he performed superbly tonight, and it was a sacrifice we had to make to avoid being out of the game by h/t.

I just like to think that I'm the only person as wise as AT in seeing that he deserves to be in the side. Every single other one of you is wrong on this one

At the very least, we know he'll be good for 20+ goals in next seasons (L1) promotion charge!

Cody was anonymous on saturday, incurring a fair amount of doubt on this forum,he's obviously about twelve weeks behind the rest in terms of fitness sharpness,so i guess its wise of thorn to give him time to catch up ,there just just is'nt the time to let him catch up in play the pressure we're under ,have no doubts he'll come good ,hope the time out does'nt knock his confidence .anyway, good performance last night ,who was your gaffer looking @at ipswich last monday?

Betchya it was Keogh. Similar playing style to Swansea, who were desperate to get him on deadline day. The only pro-SISU thing I'll ever say is they hung on for a ridiculous fee for him. The downside being that as long as they can bank near to that figure for him (plus Lukas' value), they'll stick around

Think its jutkiewicz we're interested in. Just had an injury to james vaughan so it looks quite likely at the moment
