That is why this is a typical Trolls question.
can argue with any reply written making out he is better then everyone else.
So come on Mr Amazing give us your spin on the question........

Grendel, what would your solution be? It seems renting doesn't work, you seem to be saying ownership doesn't work and building a new stadium certainly isn't the answer so what do you suggest?

Still can't see what you get for £6.5 million - other than ££7 million more debt - can you?

I think I get what you're getting at.

Is your concern that if the club buys Higgs share any profit made from available income streams will be swallowed up by paying the loan and therefore there is no real financial gain for the club.

For 6.5 m you get a hell of a lot of smarties (old Billy Connelly joke).

Has Grendal lost interest in this thread just because someone has asked him to back up his bluster?

I've asked a few times but if CCFC purchase the share what do they get?

Food revenues - do they get these revenues? I thought that ACL own only a percentage and compass the rest. Do they just get half of less than 50%

Do they get half the revenue from all non football related events?

glad to see you continue with your on am only interested in CCFC yet continue to talk about another unrelated company.

Will they have equal say with the council on future policy decisions?

Will they take on and be responsible for half of the outstanding mortgage?

Strange for someone who is only interested in CCFC

you really need to get some help ...maybe therapy to help you with your obsession with ACL.

That is just it!!!!!

he never ever offers a solution other than the fantasy that they just give everything to sisu and it will be all fine and dandy

I would say Cloughie the very few times you now post on here is to comment on me or to reply to me. Its you who are obsessed Cloughie -- obesessed with me. Understandable given my intellectual superiority but the infactuation is disturbing nevertheless.

I have never had an infactuation whatever that maybe. If you have it maybe you should see a doctor, second thoughts he probably visits you on his rounds in your 'home'

but heyho Maybe I only respond to the ridiculous as there is very little left to talk about now

As for your 'intellectual superiority' no worries everything is possible in your own mind .........hence infactuation

Come on stop changing the question you asked it so what is your spin on it if it cannot be answered then why ask it?

Tim Fisher seems to think it would be great to get it and that there are possibly only about 6 or 7 stadiums that are better then the Ricoh?

Well Grendal has been back on a couple of times and still has given us no insight into hoe he thinks the club should move forward as in purchase, rent the Ricoh, build a new ground or ground share? Or indeed some other solution?

Come on Grendal what do you think is the best way forward?

So it is OK to use taxpayers money to help a hedge fund but not OK to secure the future of a property that belongs to them?

When the mortgage/loan is paid off I would love the arena to be given to our club. But only in a way that someone like SISU couldn't get their hands on it. It should be for our clubs future and not personal gain.
