We don't know they won't negotiate, what were the 17 points, of course if we ask what we
Know they won't/ can't give that's different isn't it.

Of course they will negotiate.
They probably won't be dictated too though.
You do know that everything Sisu tell us is not always the truth ?
You followed them blindly to Sixfields and now you follow them to Butts.
Get some balls and ask them the right questions.

Why will no one negotiate with Sisu? Is it because they are begging for help off people they have or are threatening with court action over and over again. They have no money to expand anything in fact the only thing that is expanding is the lawyers bill and TF waist. It really is about time Sisu just admitted they are in the shit with no other way to turn and be good chaps and fuck off.

And on that fuck off bus, i hope everyone who has played a role in our current plight would jump on and leave the fans something that resembles a club to try to rebuild on and off the field. All these people should be ashamed of using this club for the agenda they have, i would hope we could all agree that no party involved in this has cared enough about the one and only truly important thing that matters for the future of this club, the fans.

Leaving the Ricoh is an aspiration. It's a step up.

You might be happy sharing with franchises but a lot of fans are not.

But their decisions have affected us massively and will continue to do so for decades after SISU have gone.

With Sisu we get the bullshit but nothing ever materialises.
Wasps/CCC not telling us whats going on is not lying.

So going from a 33,000 Stadium owned by Wasps to a 15,000 owned by Sisu is a step up ?

Nope.

As I have said many times the past two days, I am happy to go to the Butts in a 15,000 seater stadium as long as there is scope to greatly expand upon that.

Just think people are getting a little too carried away here and the hatred of Wasps has blotted out much of the rational thinking. Even Cov Rugby from the start have said they wouldn't want a 25,000 seater stadium. We know the area is very small, with little scope to expand, the road network would probably be gridlocked without major road improvements and re-building and there will almost certainly be massive opposition to it from Earlsdon residents especially.

I am happy to go to 15,000 seater stadium but it has to be a short term move and then obviously the problem is you are spending multiple millions on a stadium that could prove far too small for you down the line.

If it was Hearsall Common in a 15,000 seater stadium I would be 100% behind it, because there is the capacity to expand greatly there. The Butts it going to conjure up a number of problems because of the surrounding buildings etc.

I know and I fucking hate it , but constantly berating entities that have neither cause or obligation
For our wellbeing, whilst ignoring those who do is unbelievable really.

Would you consider the possibility that we are a very real threat to them embedding themselves in their new community, and potentially CCFC's fortunes affect whether Wasps stay, or bog off to Wrexham or wherever's next on their magical mystery tour?

A city council absolutely has a cause and obligation to look towards the wellbeing of its leisure and heritage entities within its community, whether directly controlled by the local authority or not.

Who said wasps won't negotiate? They want us there. They have negotiated. Anderson said we've had amicable talks.

They just can't give us what we need. That's just life.

On to the next way forward.

By the way of course I want a new stadium that's ours I voted no as I see 15k as too small in an area that won't never happen.

If there was a realistic space for us to build and start again with it all ours and off we go then great.

I don't want to stay with wasps at the Ricoh as much as anyone else. The problem is the Ricoh is already built and is a fantastic stadium. It's just not ours

Categorically a yes from me

Stadium design has moved on since the Ricoh ( well it had to ) and with standing seats the capacity is there

Depends if he has been reasonable or not.
Depends whether he expected the incomes as a right or whether he was going to pay to access them.
We need to the details surely ?
We will be in L1 with these mugs regardless where we play.

The city council is still there, it still has leisure and heritage entities within its area that it needs to act, in order to assist their wellbeing.

Ask nick Eastwood the wasps ceo? He is quoted many times saying he wants ccfc at the Ricoh and why wouldn't they? Extra revenue. Stadium used on more days. More food and beverage. More
Scope for sponsorship. That's the simple bit.

The hard bit is our ceo Chris Anderson has just said talks with wasps have been amicable but wasps can't give us what we need. Mainly due to contracts already in place (compass)

For me staying at the Ricoh for now is better than moving to a 15k stadium with little scope and let's face it it just won't happen. Are Cov rugby really going to play in a 15k stadium with 1500 fans and are we stuck with a 15k stadium for the rest of lives.

I take the point we need to own our own stadium but to build one and run one costs vasts amounts of time and money and ccfc don't have either. In 2 years we are homeless and we haven't got any money. Shit your pants time if you ask me

Why would we automatically take his word?

Indeed, the current quoted position is a big fat meh from them.

And if I were Wasps, I wouldn't want us there. We're a threat to their future success, we're in competition with them.

If I were Wasps, I'd have been praying we ended up building a ground in Rugby...

Heart says f*ck you to CCC and wasps. A 15k (to begin with) stadium in the heart of the city will be a much more spirited, vibrant club.

Head agrees 100% with Otis

What would JH vote I wonder.

IF SISU disappeared I think the council would be more than helpful, SISU have
Alienated everyone they have come into contact with.
