How can anyone prove that they haven't been rejected? The discussions "came to naught" doesn't mean 17 times no. It means that at least some weren't accepted. It is up to those who twist it to mean all 17 were rejected to say how they know that.

Why are we all getting hung up over this anyway?!?

For me, I wondered if I had missed a report saying that all 17 points were rejected, simple as that. If it's actually BS, then it doesn't hurt to point it out (although chief is normally better than that, hence why I thought I had missed something)

You know, it's the sort of thing Nick does regulary with italia...... I guess he would have done with this if he had spotted it.. You know how he hates BS on this site.

tbh I don't see why it matters either way, if they did reject whatever they are, or didn't. It's such a bizarre snippet of information (17 points? Why 17? Why not 16 or 18?) that says nothing whatsoever really.

'Negotations haven't come off' is sufficient, surely!

Let's face it, even if they presented a transcipt of conversations, both sides could probably present it in their favour, after all.

And it wasnt ignored, Moff and Captain Dart responded directly to OSBs post.

The thing about the 17 points is we have absolutely no idea what they are. They could be so ridiculous that the answers were always going to be no and likewise they could be so reasonable that Wasps are being ridiculous. We just don't know and while this war of words are going on that suits our owners more than anyone. Especially us fans. Same goes for the BPA. It's so clouded in mystery how can anyone say honestly its a good thing or a bad thing? Same goes for staying at the Ricoh. There's so much smoke and mirrors it's little wonder that we can't agree on anything. A quite deliberate act on all those involved if you ask me. The only thing that has become clear through the smoke and mirrors is that fan opinion count's for sweet FA. Hence the details aren't coming out. This isn't about the football club anymore (if it ever was) it's all about one-upmanship.

Bottom line is we don't know if some or none of the 17 points were agreed or rejected. Only that a deal is not possible at the moment. I wouldn't get hung up on the number 17

The only thing we know is that following discussions CA has concluded that there is no real progress towards a deal that both CCFC & Wasps can accept. Following on from that the owners of CCFC must progress an alternative.

If that alternative does not progress to fruition then going back to Wasps cap in hand is going to be a humbling experience likely to leave the club worse off than it could have been

Exactly. If some posters had of written a post similar, then certain posters would jump on their post. These "certain posters" didn't reply to OSB's post. That's all I was pointing out.

I know it's not an obligation to reply to every post etc, just to clarify
