who the chairman is aside ............. I was always taught that in football you make your own luck, and you do that by working hard then putting the opposition under so much pressure they make mistakes. Basically luck in football is making less punished mistakes than the opposition.
It isnt about luck its about the quality and numbers of players and a manager that sets the team up to play in a way that suits for the talent available. We are lacking in those departments. Pleading we are an unlucky team each weak I am finding to be a little pathetic. Every team can point to what ifs and maybes that is the nature of football
Thought Andy Blair made a very fair point on CWR Saturday ........... "It isnt about formations, because a formation is just a formation .....its about having the players with the right attitude, with passion and desire to play for the team" Can anyone say we have seen those players consistently or perhaps ever this season?

The past few weeks have been shocking though Wingy. We seem to raise our game against the so called better teams but lately in games which we've needed a result weve looked very downhearted and lacked fight.
Saturday was painful to watch.
Did you think the formation was irrelavent on saturday Cus,it seemed pretty much route one, it did go forward more ,and earlier ,but first half Juke played mostly in front of me and i'm sure he tried hard ,but they're not believing in themselves and that can cost them 15-20 % ,the question that needs answering is why don't they believe in themselves ,and i could say ,its us as fans, its the coaching management,but for me its the demotivating stance/attitude of the owners strategy.
To be honest Saturday just had a feel of a team who knows there down.
I can't remember bar Wood hitting the post and Jukes chance second half, us looking threatning. I was pissed off seeing Gardner play so deep. Wasted and that says it all to me. Alot of fans were getting excited with this lad and for whatever reason hes been disapointing.
It's a collection of many things. Can you think of anything remotely positive to take out of the club on or off the pitch? I can't.

I admire all the sisu stance but others also really need to start taking the blame and responsibility as well for the on field performance.
I understand what your saying about the players maybe being affected by what is going on Wingy but they are being paid more than you and me to do there job, and also if they do not start showing a bit more fight, 90% of them if not more will be playing 1st division football very soon.

TThree for me ,not necessarily agreed with by many i'm sure,ithink bakers been improving with good input in his recent run in the side and the longer he gets to play possibly moreso,Murphy did'nt cost us the game and was solid apart from two catches that slipped or he patted down tto take on the bounce ,Platt battled imensely with guts fight and desire ,meaty challenges,Keogh again solid but would have liked to see more effect on wearing the armband ,whether that was to do with his position or reluctance with potential backroom goings on with Sammy and solidarity who knows and again unpopular maybe but i thought Mcsheff tried hard without end product and while Cameron did'nt pull up trees ithought he merited his place ,god thats more than three ,wheres all this positivity coming from.
They should be doing that regardless though Wingy, they get paid to make challenges etc.. agree Platt has showed what a passionate player he is and i admire him for that. He may get slatted by many but he always trys his hardest and is no stop.
