As OSB pointed out you can have company updates at companies house on alerts. Are we really supposed to believe that someone of the litigious nature of SISU don't have all their "enemies" on alert at companies house so they know every little detail about them?
Then again they apparently didn't do due diligence on CCFC so anything is possible.

Not sure its that unusual for a company not to be monitoring every filing another company makes. Not like we all knew or any of the local media reported it.
