The lad just cannot stop scoring and he is not even a striker! There is going to be massive bids for him in the summer but how much is he worth? £50M??
I wouldn't say he's worth £50 million but I'd say that's what Madrid or PSG or anyone with mega bucks will come in and bid for him- will take a hell of a bid for spurs to let him go on this form

No player is "worth" 50 million but in todays climate that price is certainly not out of the realms of possibility.
I always remember watching Soccer Saturday one day and Merson was absolutely raving about a 17 year old Bale completely controlling a Southampton game from left back!!
He is a quality footballer. Although that heart thing he does, does my nut in.
Totally agree LG, todays market would put him around £40-50M but having said that Ronaldo is said to be up for grabs for around £50m which would be a better deal. Spurs cannot compete with the big three and sadly lose their best players constantly i.e. Modric, Berbatov etc. Bale will be off!
Footballers are a commodity and if their value is subject to return then £50m is a fair price
Champions League football for Tottenham must be around that mark, he is almost single
handedly getting them there, add then his plus column on top of that...
not many left sided players in the world who do what he does, certainly aren't any in premier league that's got to be a few million, his age and potential add a few million more, (the heart thing, deduct a few million for annoyance value)
Question: Is he a better player now, than Torres was when sold to Chelsea? £50m bargain!
think realistically, at least 50m if he is going abroad (barca, madrid, psg) and if he is going to another prem team then at least 60m. Would be scary at Utd...Rooney, RVP, Bale, Zaha. still with hernandez, wellbeck, valencia etc as cover
