im no business minded bloke ,I take folk on face value ,it may be a load of ,but then again looking back ,surely ther was other avenues to look down rather than pack up and leave ,and I don't read newspapers or suchlike ,but I never once heard the othersides mention us being evicted /stopped playing at the ricoh .then again maybe im abit behind but ive always looked at the business side and the games as two different things ,.one thing having issues with the business side and owners ,another having the team named after the city playing home games at home as another .if you get what I mean ,not to good at explaining myself ,but would think that the ccc and acl should have if not ,been thinking this way

Yeah one of my suggestions at the time on focusing minds ,not sure If they'd had the £400K. offer at that point but I think so mid to late Jan,around the time the club sought FL approval for assistance on leaving and also engaging Designers /Property agents.

he didn't ,but he was to honest and upfront and really reassured me ,I drove away feeling quite happy .he had no reason to tell a story ,in fack with me being me ,id have expected him to gloat the other way ,I was being abit bullish and defensive as being a city fan is the order of the day most of the time

and if my memory serves me right ,wen the fiasco around the building of the ricoh and the funding ,I read somewer an answer to the question we were all asking at the time ,due to renting not owning the new ground,what happens if the club goes all tits up or the ownership of the new ground does .the answer was ,the home of ccfc is where they play their home games ,and that is not subject to who owns the ground or the club.well it was something to that wording ,.again I may be gullable ,I can remember the pull out artists impression af the new ground with retractable pitch and train station and rows of eateries and bars,and that 22 million had been put aside to buy two world class players, ready for the first game ,a friendly against a top European side .I belived it all ,but still hated it and wanted to stay at HR

It's odd you say that because the rent strike (and dispute) weren't made public until early 2013 as far as I recall. We played Walsall in December 2012/

I think the higgs-sisu court battle revealed a few things of interest:

1) SISU will clearly not fund a new stadium, it is the Ricoh or nothing now - so if they lose possible liquidation/takeover? Are the new owners going to

Either way this could still hurt us for a couple of years. If SISU lose they will clearly appeal (note how they didn't appeal the higgs court decision - got enough info they need for JR?)

If SISU win, ACL will have to pay back the loan and get it elsewhere ........ sisu may sue for damages playing at Sixfields - how long could ACL survive?

Two devils fighting it out, is it going to be better the devil you know in this case .........?​

Sisu chose to play at the Cobblers,they turned down a brilliant offer to stay at the Ricoh thereby losing themselves
millions of pounds.No chance of them suing for their own bad management.
