SkyQ Netflix (1 Viewer)

Was watching Narcos last night on SkyQ Netflix and it kept missing every other part of the sentence's subtitles.

For example : "I will tell you this...." then nothing, then "what do you think?"

Obviously, the majority being in Spanish, it made it really hard to follow. When we watched it directly through the Netflix app on the remote control, it was fine?

Anyone else had this issue?

I have it happen a lot on NowTV, just in general. I watch Netflix through my Fire Stick and that's fine there.

Probably just a case of switching to Netflix through the TV rather than SkyQ then :/

I didn't know if there was an update or setting I could change.
