Serious topic. How on earth are skybet allowed to offer odds, requestabets etc on transfers when their company, sky, make up the news?? Surely that's just plain wrong. Today they've been banging on about Zaha going to Everton and it's now been revealed they made 1 bid only over a week ago yet sky been banging on all week saying Everton are continuing the pursuit of Zaha.

My point. They make up the transfer gossip to rake in the cash on bets. They must be stopped

Isn't skybet a completely independent company, and just pay Sky a licence fee? Could be wrong be that's my understanding.

It's all good
The new acting head of the FA on the other day sees no ethical problem with the Betting sponsorship on many shirts or the influence of betting across the sport
He talked as though its a part of football
Made it sound like it started in the 1890's
