Ccfc missed a trick here. Should have held an open day up the Ricoh players training, kids off school. A lot teams had fans involved. We have nothing

And? That's Sunderland. Look at barnsley the last team just after us. 600 fans with the club doing a team photo. Like I said club missed a trick here. Open training session inviting kids. Would have been good

Where do I blame sisu? I just said Ccfc

It could have been a way to generate income through sales of shirts, tickets for Saturday. Not a mastermind is it. Marketing at Ccfc is a joke

Barnsley on straight after us. 600 fans in the ground for the team photo. That's how it's done. Agree it's sky all over. Over rated crap but ccfc still could have done something. Get fans on side

We don't know they didn't. For years ACl didn't allow the club access to the ground other than match days without paying a significant fee. We would have to pay as if we were leading for a whole day. Not cost effective.

Robins for one complained the club were never allowed to use the pitch ever for training and said it hampered familiarity and home form.

To allow an event the club would have to rent above the contract they have entitlement to do would pay the same as anyone else renting it for a day.

So your basising that on 3 years ago? When ACL were in charge and Not since wasps have taken full control? I'm sure it would be wise for Ccfc to play on the new Turf before Saturday too

ACL are still in charge. The contract allows match days only - to suggest they'd let us have it for free is glaringly stupid. I'd imagine they are already spitting feathers the FL will not move fixtures that clash with ACl events. They've refused corporate packages to the club as they want to use the hospitality areas themselves on match days.

Did Sky visit TM at a local youth centre?

CCFC branding looked amateurish, especially against some other FL clubs shown throughout the day .

Last years team photo wasn't even at the Ricoh, was done at the cathedral. Pretty safe bet that was a cheaper option.

Its common knowledge we aren't allowed to use the Ricoh other than a couple of hours on match day (even then this is restricted access as ACL have hired out areas to other people)

And another thread almost gets derailed by the ACL/CCC/SISU factions....well, back to the Live 92 effort , I smirked a bit when the reporter wondered if TM was still on site. And then proceeded to interview him in his room with the lights obviously off. Forget the overtime I hinted at earlier, he was ready to get out of there

Where is the proof that we would have had to pay to use it?
Link please....?
Or more of your everyone else fault bullshit.

I blame the stay away fans if they had brought tickets we could have paid the £100,00 entrance fee and had a decent CCFC Flag made.

we have limited access to the Ricoh on a match day, we have no rights to it just when it suits us.

Nothing has changed in the last month that I have been away I see.

Bad ACL for not letting us use the pitch whilst we were playing in Northampton :claping hands:

It would have been good PR for them to have the SKY cameras there. Yet some say no chance and know it as a fact. SISU didn't want full access. They wanted the cheap option of just paying when the ground is needed. So should we now blame others and not SISU for wanting access whenever they want when they didn't want it?

So why didn't they take the pics on a matchday?

Doesn't go with the 'poor SISU, CCC have shafted our club' line that we get all the time on here from certain people I suppose.

They interviewed Norwichs manager on the pitch. Does that mean their marketing is a joke as well? Same scenario, slightly different filming location.
They interviewed a Spurs player singing some sh*t song. Is that good marketing for them?
They interviewed Mourinho (also at the clubs training ground). Is their marketing a joke?

Granted, our marketing department isn't exactly 'the nuts' but not sure what you were expecting?

I thought the team photo at the cathedral was way better than a plain old samey effort in a stadium or training ground, never considered it was some cheap copout.

All premiership teams who have sold out season tickets. We on the other hand as admitted need all the revenue we can get. 4 days before the season kicks off kids are on holidays, perfect t chance to entice people in for an open day and in partnership with the live92 bollox. The club marketing side is a joke. They moan not enough fans are turning up but what do the club actually do to entice fans and more importantly kids.

Reduce prices to some of the lowest in the league?
Bring in a manager who the fans wanted?
Let said manager control available budget?
Get rid of deadwood?

Again, I ask you...what were you expecting out of interest? What would you have done with that 3 minutes?
