Anyone else having problems with Sky? Ours went off last night - no satellite signal being received - and couldn't get any TV programmes, On Demand or watch anything on the Planner.

Switched the box off this morning and back on again and everything working okay.

Just got in from work, settled down to watch TV and guess what - no satellite signal being received.

Phoned up Sky who said it was to do with the adverse weather conditions (we have only had snow overnight!) and they couldn't do anything about it. Ah well! back to watching DVDs:facepalm: tonight.

Anyone else got this problem?

Have you reset the box? Have you checked the signal setting to see what you have?

The strange thing is that we have 2 separate sky dishes, both on different transmitters, and what had always happened in the past is that if one box goes off we can always watch the other box. This time both went off around the same time. Don't believe in coincidences, something strsange is going on1
