Nothing happens nick...we are not in admin.
Ccfc ltd has no assets. That entity owe the rent money. Now acl wont get it.
Ccfc holdings continue unabated even play their football team at the ricoh - for now.

The phone in tonight was silly...i almost called in. Maybe i will after tuesday...
Bobby gould today was particularly silly with his ott heart felt nonsense...clearly failing to understand what has traspired over time.

At what point did CCFC Ltd go from controlling most of the Club to having no assets?

Im not having a dig! In an ideal world we would get a buyer who would sell or donate 20% of the club to fans so we really could have a say!

I just wondered what the trusts next plan of action was for the situation?

On tv on sunday members of the trust said admin was the best thing for us, we sort of have admin now so why is it the best thing? What happens now?

I am no expert when it comes to admin, liquidation etc so whats the harm in asking what happens now? What can the fans do?

If you don't want to believe what Jan said about Lko, the minutes of Monday's Trust Board meeting which are on the Trust website and the interviews several of us have done today then nothing I'm going to say is going to persuade you. It's been a long day today and I'm off to pompey tomorrow so I'm calling it a day on here

Al this was made public yesterday. Ccfc holdings operate the football club. As acl barrister said this morning they need time to understand how ccfc ltd can get admin when they have no assets? They get to try and shake that down on tuesday. But the horse has already bolted!

I am confused about what you mean about not believing what he said! I am just going off the interviews given on there!

I do like to read the trust website, i did however stop reading the meeting minutes when i saw Recognition of Achievement towards the start.

From all the of the site i guess the main aim is to get a seat on the board or a stake?

Just looked at the utterly delusional SBT website.

They are talking about getting finance from a credit union! Are they for real? Credit unions are community organisations helping poor people get small affordable loans!

Yet these butt nuggets expect a credit union to fund the purchase of a football club!

UTTERLY DELUSIONAL

Currently they have a grand total of £3k as of 18 March2013.

Hey Fuck nuggets you are going to need well over 1000x that amount - but hey I assume they will expect the administrator to wait a couple of years to allow them to raise £10k!

The sooner the local media stop feeding these publicity vampires the better - they would be WORSE than SiSU

Why are you getting so wound up about it?

You remind me of one of them millitant athiests. If you don't care/believe in something then fine, but why get so angry with something you don't care about?

The Trust aren't doing you or the club any harm.

Steve, when the SBT take over will all members get a share/vote?

Also, can we apply to join the board. I fancy that.

Not sure about the SBT no doing any harm...they are seen to represent the fans, so IF they dont do that well then it reflects badly on all of us, or worse, be seen to give support to something we as fans dont want. I commend them and their members for wanting to put their heads above the parapet but they should do so with the greatest care.
