Vik vs Wigan for individual skill

Allen’s for a team goal.

Well that's not too difficult. Gyokeres versus Wigan by a mile.

Vik's solo effort against Wigan, great goal.

I even got a wee touch on watching it back!

IMO (I may be right or wrong),

Allens goal, while well taken, was down to 3 lucky ricochets off Blackburn defenders, touches they each could have cleared from. Too much luck to define it as a good goal.

Vik vs Watford, for me, was again pretty "meh". Ball to wing, played into middle for striker to get between defenders. We saw it last year with Vik vs Fulham, Godders vs Millwall ...

Vik's vs QPR was a good team goal, short passing around the QPR defenders and a first time placed shot from Vik. No Cov player touched the ball more than twice from our own third of the pitch until it got to CoH (1st to control, 2nd to pass). CoH only took 3 touches before he played in Vik.

Vik vs the entire Wigan defence. First time I saw this, I thought Eccles was being challenged and assumed he was lumping the ball forward to get it away from danger. After replays, he has played the ball up to Vik intentionally. And then its individual ability to keep the ball under control whilst outrunning 3 defenders.

Best solo and Best overall: Vik vs Wigan

Best team effort : Vik vs QPR.

But it's great that the team are starting to score enough goals to have a real choice.

I thought Allen’s was the one where 10 players touched the ball in the build up which was what swung it, may be wrong though.
