Then maybe this is the time for the CET and the trust to put a little pressure on ACL.

Why in earth not have the talks, but say to SISU if we agree a deal it will not be signed off, unless those two conditions are met.
It ridiculous that the fans may miss out on our club for another year due to mindless stubbornness.

Exactly Don. They are just doing it out of spite in my opinion. Can understand saying won't sign a deal if that is their line but doesn't stop talks. Showing their true colours.

Simon. Should be calling ACL out on this now. No reason for them not to talk. If it's not one side being idiots it's the other.

Also, they have had the general public support until now and they risk losing it. Maybe they thought people cared more about them than the club. Although there has been a lot of name calling on here any sensible person knows that every single one of us here support ccfc over anything.

I think that ACL could maintain their stance but let it be known that should SISU send them the proposal that they say is being prepared they would look at it. Any proposal is hardly likely to be straightforward and will require investigation and assessment.

Plenty on here will hope ACL "stand their ground" even if it means sixfields for another 3 years.

ACL can stand their ground whilst having talks. That's the bit that's getting my back up.

Have the talks if you can agree a deal awesome.

Right at the end you say to SISU yes we can do this deal pay us the money the FL state is correct and drop your appeal we sign on the dotted line on August 8th.

What annoys me is that if we wait till the 7th then SISU pay up these talks will be very complicated they could go on for weeks......

I don't think that's really true.

Sisu want to do a deal. It's well known now. Like SP days both sides have to compromise else it won't work.

Mid season rule is shit. It shouldn't be allowed. You either start there or nothing. It doesn't make sense. You declare your ground for the years fixtures and that's it. Another bollocks rule

Do they really want to do a deal though?

It looks to me they are just trying to appease the fans by putting forward a proposal that they know ACL won't accept at this time.

I don't believe this. Sisu don't care about the fans. Think about it.

Why would "they appease the fans"? They wouldn't. This means they are serious. They can't just say oh yeah here ACL we are back. They have to do their piece first.

Who is in the wrong in that case though. ACL are the ones point blank refusing to talk.

A proposal to return to the Ricoh was placed on the CCFC website and signed off by both Seppala & Fisher.

The same statement was then published in the CET except this time only Fisher's name appeared. Now we all know
from passed deals that Fisher shook hands on, Seppals is just going to throw them out.

When Seppala contacts ACL and requests talk's on returning to the Ricoh we can assume there is some truth in
the current rumour. Then and only then should our hopes rise that a return may be on the cards.

Standing their ground? They only want 1. the money Otium agreed with the FL to pay and 2, SISU do themselves a favour and drop their time and money wasting JR. Not asking for much really. You are just blindly following the party line. ( I agree though, that it wouldn't be a major problem for ACL to turn a blind eye to the money as the Fl will make them pay all of it anyway ).

Hilarious that some are still claiming it's ACL that are "standing their ground". ACL's "ground" was £1.3m rent and no revenue. Then it was £400k and you can buy some revenue.

I'll keep asking until I gt an answer: What ground have Sisu given since day 1 of this? How have their demands changed at all from the day they left the Ricoh?

Rubbish...

But I believe Sisu would love it as they can blame others yet again for there Cluster Fuck of running a business..

Then leave with a "we told you so" bullshit attitude they do so well.

We need to drop the whole who is right and who is wrong thing. We all know Sisu are twats. We need to be putting pressure on the 2 sides to talk and at the moment it is ACL stopping that happening.

Exactly which part of my post constitutes a conspiracy. It is exactly what happened and the last paragraph is the only way
ACL would consider talks.

Both

Both sides keep moving the goalposts every time the other says they want to talk about coming back.

True

It wouldn't surprise me in the slightest though, if ACL come out tomorrow and say they are now also ready to talk for SISU to then come out with excuses, to change their position and set 22 different conditions that ACL must meet before they will talk

Was the error Joys name being taken off because let's face it, without her name on there its a pretty meaningless statement. She calls the shot's as we all know and if she back's the statement there was no need to take her name off.

So you make a statement saying stop saying who is right and wrong and then say ACL are wrong ?

The question is how can ACL talk while their existence is being threatened through the courts .... Unless the deal includes dropping the court action. But don't they have to tell ACL the deal first ?

I thought it was mere high court judges that are wrong (in law and in fact), Timmy is always 100% perfect isn't he?

Not been on here much for a few days so trying to understand what is going on.

Are ACL at fault for blocking talks that SISU haven't requested?
