Apparently there is a document circulating outlining plans for a name change to Coventry Hornets from the 2017/18 season.
Plans leaked include the Coventry Bees speedway sharing the stadium with a state of the art track being added.
All of this is part of a multi million pound investment and sponsorship deal with new stadium naming rights to be known as the Hive Arena. Details were not meant to be released until Christmas. Apparently a former disgruntled member of CCFC staff is responsible for the leak.
