Are due at the end of this month. Am I correct in saying that there will be a transfer embargo if they are not filed (again).

Given some of the rubbish we have acquired in recent windows, maybe an embargo isn't such a bad thing.

FL might be interested in seeing them and the next seasons funding as we don't have a Wilson to sell this time round...

I guess they won't look for next years funding until we know the league we are in.

It's a shame that hmrc can't get the directors struck off and jailed for sending them in late rather than a little fine as they do seem to have a bit of previous for not sending them in on time.

Won't release them due to commercial sensitivity - and if that doesn't work, they'll claim they lost them somewhere between here and Northampton

I would guess all clubs do as the fl are scared to death of losing one mid season.

Good to see you all get giddy at the very excitement. Did you all forget they filed them on time last year?

Filing accounts on time is not generally considered to be something to be proud of.

More meeting a legal requirement.

Agree... Likewise it's hardly something to celebrate like you won a huge war in the campaign against the owners.

You mean how SISU celebrated that they managed to get them in on time last year. They even put a page up on the clubs website slapping themselves on the back for doing something that they were legally required to do.

For once the accounts were in the past. I wonder how long these accounts will stay current?

I guess Companies House are busy these days, so it could take a few days before it is published?

it could but they usually mark the individual company record as "information received but not available". It may well be Tuesday or later before the accounts are available

Is it possible to see whether the 60% rule was applied by looking at consecutive accounts ?
Nice to see what proportion of income was actually used !!

very unlikely to be able to - the wages are not usually analysed between players and other employees for starters

They will have revenue from the Arsenal cup game and gate receipts from the Sixfields season.
