I've got 2 tickets for Sixfields for the Gillingham game. I've tried calling the ticket office (x3) and emailing them (x2), but not had a response. Does anyone know what I need to do to get them transferred to the Ricoh?

In my defense, they were bought for me by my daughter as a birthday present - I've obviously failed in her upbringing somewhere along the line..... However as a life-long fan, going back to pre JH days, I claim absolution.
Obviously SBT influence is greater than I thought - I've just had an email reply saying that my tickets will be transferred and I need to collect the new tickets on the night. Thanks for replies though, much appreciated.
Email info@ccfc.co.uk they emailed me back within 40 minutes and gave me a call back an hour later. Season ticket sorted there and then. They have actually got their act together for once!! Don't ever recall praising the club's customer service in the past!!

Whole year of doing nothing now have a queue bet they are shocked.
