Can somebody please explain to me why these cretins are still clinging to power over CCFC? They are hated by most fans (and must know this), they have not one iota of an idea how to move the club forward and as a result will simply end up losing more money. Their judicial review will get nowhere. Please help me understand their mindset here!
Because they don't want to lose all the money they have out into the club....quite simple really.
And can you tell me how they think that they can get it back without any sort of ownership of the stadiumBecause they don't want to lose all the money they have out into the club....quite simple really.

Exactly; so how on earth can they expect a return? They have failed in every single one of their manifesto promises upon their arrival... I cannot think of one element of the football club that they have improved upon.
:blue:
- We are now deeper in debt than before.
- Have an all but untenable (literally) relationship with the landlords.
- Play in a lower league.
- Player values are at an all time low(assets).
- Fan relationships at an all time low.
Exactly; so how on earth can they expect a return?
because they are hedge fund wankers who think football is a business and things will "pick up" without major investment

Think they're way out of their league on this occasion.Even they dont know how to get out of it.The fact they are threatening to move the club out of coventry is the last throw of the dice.If that doesn't force acl into a corner and come back with a new offer there's nothing left for them to try.If the administrator is true to his word and stays neutral in this the only outcome is new owners.Wont hold my breath on that though.
What was the matter with the last offer that was accepted only to be subsequently reneged on by SISU?
<p>
That's simple to understand yet there is more chance of Andy Thorn being the next utd manager than sisu getting their money back.

Are they really that stupid to think they'll get any money back considering were losing money on a weekly basis plus they owe ACL over a million as it is

The sad thing is that football is a business now
Yes. Fuck them. I hope the bastards go bankrupt.Probably by making the books balance and biding their time for the right offer. Do you expect them to walk away with nothing in return?
Yes. feck them. I hope the bastards go bankrupt.
Quiet on this thread isnt it? None of the usual suspects talking about backtracking that's to come but already on that slippery slope themselves! You know who you are and I can empathise: you've made a bit of a fool of yourselves and your natuarally embarassed. It's ok, let it out. We can arrange for councelling. Put on some Marillion and pretend, just for a moment, that this whole sorry mess never happened.

Nothing. They said the new rent offer was acceptable but without the matchday revenue there was no point in accepting it.But they're quite happy to move out of coventry where they will still have to pay rent ( not as much as the RICOH) and they wont get a penny of the match day revenue. But its never been about the fact they can't afford the rent. They've always said they have to own the ground to make the club run.Not going to happen.
Isn't this just normal business for SISU? By definition don't they run all non profitable parts of businesses into the ground trying to cash in on the profitable part? This gamble has not worked out for them, but like dongonzalos says of course they will have plans. The emotional/fans/public part of it they are not bothered about in the slightest, just cold hard business.
The 60m is obviously debt from other ventures dumped on CCFC like the Glaziers did at Man U, and other owners do. Intelligent from SISU, but very cuntish.
What's councelling? Surely you mean councilling - I think the clubs had enough of that though - don't you?

Counselling?
Really how much?
Started with 60m debt
still have 60m debt
Had a squad with most players on about 10 grand a week
Sold all the top players for good money (undisclosed of course)
Got all existing players for free
Pay an average of about 2 grand
So whole club including the training ground properly worth 2 mill owe ACL over a Million
So how much is a club like that worth
