Sisu posted their results at Companies House for 31/03/2020 back in November.

link can be found here

Or by searching Companies House Beta - SISU Capital

not going to spend a lot of time discussing the contents, just thought some might be interested

There are two parts to the group, SISU Capital Limited and SISU Capital Partners LLP

Briefly - Results show (all comparisons are between 2020 and the 2019 year ends)
- income down by nearly £1.8m
- administrative costs dropped by £254k
- tax provision increased to £138k from £30K
- overall profits were down from £2.6m to £965k
- targeted income sources are from ARVO Master Fund Ltd & the SISU Capital Master Fund Ltd. Both of which have loans due from Otium/CCFC and earning interest from those companies
- Clean audit reports
-Net assets £2.1m down slightly from £2.25m in 2019. Basically means the profits have been drawn down (mainly through SISU Capital Partners LLP as drawings ie payments to the LLP partners)
- still same number of employees disclosed (5) but salaries are down 71k at only 29k in total
- Seppala earned £127k salary as a director down from £1.3m. She controls the Group
- there is an adjustment relating to a mis-statement on the 2019 accounts £1.5m (which seems relate to disclosures rather than missed profits)
- Value of the pension scheme and matching creditor is down - most likely because of the pandemic when lockdown kicked in 23-03-2020

Not much else to say

Thanks for the overview OSB, do you (or anyone else) know if it's possible to find out how the funds managed by SISU/ARVO have performed? I've used the HL website to invest in funds previously but don't think they have any listings on there. I would assume that Seppala's salary might be linked to performance of said funds in some way normally?

The funds are based in the Cayman islands and are not public funds so unlikely to be that information available

Similarly SISU are a private company controlled by JS. As such she can choose what she wants to take as salary, it isn't necessarily linked to performance
