@ Astute....The idiot is a WUM mate, I shouldn't bother if I were you. Or he is.................. 1)Sociopaths seek to dominate others and "win" at all costs. They hate to lose any argument or fight and will viciously defend their web of lies, even to the point of logical absurdity......... 2)Sociopaths never apologize. They are never wrong. They never feel guilt. They can never apologize. Even if shown proof that they were wrong, they will refuse to apologize and instead go on the attack.

I just find it interesting to find out how far some people will go to make excuses up for SISU.....and then say they are on the side of CCFC and nobody else

It's you whose changing the subject. You have always said the club charges management fees and interest at a certain amount. It's clear you haven't a single clue how much they now charge. Soon you'll be saying the wage bill is the same as that year.

Give up while your behind.

Thanks for more 'Grendulls facts'

So are you also saying that you think they reduced what they are charging our club once they stopped publishing the accounts for our club?

@ Moff.....Thank you for the invite of which I would have jumped at 6-7 years ago, but alas a severe Heart Attack has forced me to be near enough "Tea Total" now.....I've got a bottle of "Snowball" you can have...A little prezzie from my beautiful wife specially for you

@ Grenduffy......Astute has quoted my post from earlier where I show FACTS in "Black and White"...Not the "Estimated" type that you're used to spouting. He also expresses an "Opinion" based on FACTS presented by the said post of mine, which I once again stress as FACTS. Once SISU present "Paperwork" for 2012-2013-2014 it will ultimately show "Management Fees" and "Interest Fees" for those aforementioned years.......Care to call my posts on this subject lies???

Don't know - could be double half or zero. Do you know? Can you send a link or just admit you've not got a clue.

That is the thing. We do have a clue. Quite a big clue. In fact a massive clue.

One of our cleverer fans noticed the charges they were putting onto our club. They haven't published the accounts since.

You say you don't have a clue? Not a surprise as you don't want people to know that SISU have been and the odds are will still be charging our club nearly 4m a year whilst saying it is all about our club being charged 1.2m a year for something very useful....as in a very good ground to play in on the very outskirts of Coventry. You can't blame the council for SISU charging nearly 4m a year for mismanaging our club.........can you? As in more than 3 times what the rent was that we all agreed was too much.

You can work out how much interst they are charging by looking at the £2m loan made to CCFC by Otium, CCFC paid £220,000 on that loan. Any one in the loan market could work out what % interst they charge. A quick look says 13%.

Keep to the tea total healthwise, and try to keep that blood pressure down when typing!
Will turn the Snowball down, not my type of beverage...seem to remember it was something my Gran drank

Not to get picky, but wouldn't that assume a normal structure, as opposed to say interest only or a sliding scale of interest? Maybe they plan to pay down early and reduce payments later, not likely just saying it might not be that simple. (Tonight I will be playing the role of Nick)

Nah it is all about the money and only the money.

The SISU circus never entered Mark Robins' mind when he left.

It will have no impact on SP's either..........

(Yeah right)

The problem is with SISU's "investment" is that they haven't actually invested in anything. This makes it nigh on impossible to sell the club as a commodity worth anything.

The money they've put in (however much that may be) has purely propped up the losses/shortfall in cash flow. They haven't spent any money on improving any aspect of the club or its balance sheet. In fact, pretty much every aspect of the club is worse than when they arrived. The squad is worth peanuts, the balance sheet has no assets (not that it had many before), the losses are growing by the week, the fan base has disappeared as have most of the income streams.

Yet they won't sell because you don't sell at the bottom of a cycle, seemingly completely obvious to the fact this isn't the bottom and their is plenty more down to go with their current plans.
