So it looks like SISU are restructuring again, expect them to create another company soon to confuse matters & prevent publication of accounts.. (you have longer to file when a new company is created)

On 20 Dec 2011 you requested that we monitor the company SKY BLUE SPORTS & LEISURE LIMITED for changes.

The following changes have been detected:
21 Jul 2013
Company Status changed:
Was: Active - Proposal to Strike off
Now: Active

Think what will happen if Otium get green light from FL, is that everything from Holdings, SBS&L, etc will get transferred into Otium. Those 2 companies then become inactive whilst Limited will be liquidated.

Can't the Football League just say that everything has to be in one company?

That company, which is the owner of the UK registered group of companies comprising CCFC Ltd, CCFC (H) Ltd & Otium Ltd will cease to exist. So I suppose they'll make Otium the holding company..

Hovever... look what they're doing... dropping the Coventry Association... not the Sky Blues, not Coventry but Otium, which is a latin word to describe leisure http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Otium

What it means is more smoke and mirrors.

How can the FL say this lot are fit and proper...... it does my head in.

Problem is, like the bankers they use the rules and do things "legally" i.e. use the current legislation ambiguities to conceal their actions.

Like tax, "avoidance" is legal "evasion" isn't, to the ordinary man in the street its the same thing, in Law they are not.

Doesn't it show that it was active with a proposal to be struck off, and now it's active with no proposal to strike it off?

So it's quite he opposite to what the OP is saying isn't it?

It does, but why spoil the atsmophere?

If anything it could - I stress it could - imply they have filed accounts.

I think everyone needs to realise the football league do not care what is happening at Coventry that is pretty clear. The priority of the FL it to make sure the league starts with all its teams and fixtures are completed. Its immoral but all they care about is the league as a whole.

Until they are put under pressure by say the FA.
If, under scrutiny, it becomes clear their own guidelines have been ignored they begin to look inept not to mention weak.

I don't think "begin to look inept" covers it, they are inept even wikipedia have written it..... will they get sued for libel ? I think not.

The FA must act soon or they will be just as bad...... time for FIFA after that, who knows :-(
