When CCFC LTD entered liquidation, despite Higgs & Council set to loose out, they still got half their money back & Sisu got rid of Ricoh tenancy!
So they can work together!

That is one potential interpretation.
My own interpretation is that SISU will under no circumstances try to liquidate Ltd. if that means exposing themselves to the high court for review of what has preceded the petition to liquidate. Only my speculation of course, but I am of the opinion that SISU have things to hide that might be revealed, and I would suggest that the Football League in the Form of one Mr Clark is suddenly writing letters and speaking out - all in full support of SISU you will notice - because the Football League equally have things they do not want aired in public. They might not be subject to the freedom of information act, but they cannot prevent things becoming public in the high court.
So, just my opinion, but I think both SISU and FL have too much to lose by liquidating CCFC Ltd at this time. Of course, I might be totally wrong and they start liquidation proceedings next Monday morning. We shall see.
