According to Michael, In KCIC newsletter...

I guess Sisu won't withdraw the JR and CCC won't meet until the legals are out of the way...

I tend to agree. I cannot see meaningful talks with such an event hanging over the respective parties- success of the review(either way) would mean a significant leverage in such discussions one would assume... maybe they'll just have talks about talks?

Nice signature by the way..

The lawyers, administrators and plethora of associated pen pushers associated with all of this appear to be the big winners !

Shame SISU won't drop it, as it is pointless and will cost them money.

It is not going to even be a bargaining tool as CCC are not going to meet them until after it has been kicked out.

They may as well drop it as a good will gesture setting a better tone for the talks

Shame on the boards from the mid 90's.
Sisu have to resort to such tactics to keep our club's heart beating!

It is a strange move by SISU
I note the judge said SISU will have to pay Councils costs again.
The aim was to tie them up in knots through expensive litigation.
I assume they have legal protection insurance.
So it probably is costing them next to nothing?

CWR said yesterday that they were under the impression that talks would take place "sooner rather than later".

Just hope they don't sell Wilson or Christie to fund the legals then!

Yep, more indication that they want to pressure to buy real cheap and make £10's millions recoup money out of Coventry taxpayers for their investors...

This won't cost Sisu anything, just more debt shoved on club.

They seem to have lost any interest in making money out of the club, it's all about the Ricoh, dirty deeds done dirt cheap...to quote AC/DC...

...siggy...!

Just drop the JR as it has no chance we can all see it and it serves no purpose anyway so lets drop the JR and get talking in time for Christmas. I have this dream of boxing day against Peterboro being a sell out at the Ricoh. (Im a nutter I know)

Where did this information cone from, both groups have now openly said they would meet, not seen anything from anyone saying this is part of the agreement to meet?

did anybody really think it would happen before the end of JR anyway?

i guess it will be too much to hope that sh1tsu will drop the JR in order to push on quickly with what the paying customers want and not what their investors want.

it seems pretty clear (following this weeks failed court action) that JR isn't going to be a bargaining chip like sh1tsu possibly thought but at the same time there probably isn't that much more debt to saddle the club with to see it through on the off chance that they get somewhere with it.

Just a thought here. Lets assume we reach the 3rd round of the FA Cup and draw Man U or similar, at home. Where do you think Shitsu would want to play it. At Northampton, the Ricoh or away ??????????????????????????
