Thats not what the thread has been about and you know it, you keep moving the proverbial goalposts, yes they saved the club but they are now doing thier best to kill it.

You are Joking!
Why would anyone invest millions of pounds into a business the deliberately set out to "kill it" as you state?

Erm well why are they not paying the rent which they agreed to pay by buying the club, which is rightly so threatening the club with a winding up order you are such a blinkered fool. You must work for SISU.

Remind me what decent assets have they sold?

You say including our best players but players come and go as we all know but what other decent assets have they sold?

Why because he differs in opinion to you?
Perhaps you are the blinkered one for not accepting people may think otherwise to you, whether you agree or not.

I thought you had earlier said you had had your fill of the thread anyway?

Thing is Mr B if we went through the entire arguement we would fill this thread for a month - I am looking at both sides as far as we know them and trying to get across that SISU are not all bad.
They have invested millions at a time when we were on the verge of collapse.
You see me as 1 sided in favour of Sisu and you seem to be 1 sided in favour of ACL - Fair enough but I will agree to disagree.

Taking into account all the comments made in the public domain so far I think Sisu are simply trying to do the right thing by the Football Club.
If they cannot access revenue streams from the Ricoh to supplement turnover from ticket sales we will have a squad the same size as Northampton Town once the new financial fair play rules kick in next season.
If we are only allowed to spend 60% of the annual turnover on the field without this additional turnover we will be forever struggling to make an impact in the game.
Sounds to me like Acl/Council took what they could when times were good believing that the football gravy train would continue on & on forever.
Now the shit has hit the fan (literally if youre a Sky Blue supporter) its time to accept that the football club needs help now (from the council) or they let the club as we know it shut for good.
Does anyone believe that Sisu has been raking it in since they saved us from admin all those years ago? Give them (and us) a break!
Neither the Council or Acl surely want to see the city of Coventry without a football club? Do they?
In my opinion they should sell it ALL to Sisu and let them get on with it!

UTTER HOGWASH.

SiSU claimed when they took over that ALL debt was gone, then we find out they are currently around £60 million. SiSU also say they have put in £34 million. If all this IS true, that means City have lost nearly £100 million in their time here!

That SIMPLY IS NOT TRUE!

SiSU came with a gameplan to use the Ricoh as a sinkhole for all their bad investments.

How is it that they claim to have no money, yet sall of a sudden can find £30 million for a new stadium!

It is LIE upon LIE with these lets face it crooks (by taking money they have NO LEGAL RIGHT TO).

And Any - lets face it cretin who can argue that trying to bankrupt a charity so they can buy a stadium on the cheap - themselves are utterly morally bankrupt.

Don't forget the Ricoh is PUBLICALLY owned. Tools like this just don't realise the council has a DUTY to get going rate for assets. SiSU just want the stadium on the cheap. Does ANYBODY ACTUALLY BELIEVE SiSU will invest any funds in the team?

If they DO then CLEARLY they haven't been following them since they arrived!

How pathetic can someone be to actually back scumbag hedge funders trying to in effect STEAL a publically owned asset

SHAME ON YOU

The fact is that ONLY SISU came in and saved the Club from total collapse - Give them credit for that at least!

In what possible way can you claim this?

SiSU ENGINEERED the last minute sale by constantly moving the goalposts, so the cov board were FORCED to accept anything that came their way!

How else do you explain why SiSU proposed a sale, then took months - LITERALLY until the last hour to do a deal?

SiSU KNEW cov were in the brown stuff, they KNEW of the potential of the Ricoh. WHY ELSE do you think the ndeclined the option to buy it?

SiSU KNEW if they ran down the club, EVENTUALLY their backs would be against the wall and would be FORCED to go into admin - allowing SiSU to buy the stadium at a vastly reduced cost!

SiSU CLAIMED to have funded the club, yet the failed to mention that RANSON sold his company when he left to ensure bills were paid.

Please spare me the SiSU saved the club BS.

Under SiSU this club has sold ANY half decent player BELOW market value, they MORTGAGED the training ground, and have refused to pay the rent for around a year!

It is by SiSU's actions and THEIR actions ALONE that city are in this predicament!

Don't forget Cov were offered Jordan Henderson, Andy Carroll and Jack Cork for just 2m! Had they been SERIOUS these would have been snapped up!

INSTEAD they sold Ben Turner, Richard Keoghh, Dan Fox, Scott Dann, and STILL reported a loss on them!

Any owner who genuinely wanted the club to succedd would have at the bare minimum broken even on those deals - SiSU didn't even bother replacing them!

Defending SiSU is INDEFENSIBLE
