It’s obviously not a massive indication of where they are in their development, but I’ve seen Grealish, O’Hare, Choudhry and the lad from Newcastle that went to Forest last season at the one in Hong Kong. Hopefully, we can get a few coming through like that!

First trophy under Lampard.

Hoping he takes the Birmingham Senior Cup seriously as well this year.

Has to get a loan now. As I said before, scored on his debut at 16 for Cambridge, went out on loan to Nat south and bossed it for a month. Then turned them down to sign for us

Very mature and likeable in the post match interview . Impressive.

Fair play to the lads. Looked comfortable through out. What's the prize money for this competition?

Also like the look of that Batanwi, not too shabby with his pace/strength.

Decent little investment in the U21s and good experience for them. Doesn't hurt the profile of the club, either. Marginal gains and all that. Smart idea whoever suggested entering a side.

The boost it'll give these lads too, coming back having beaten more experienced teams.

We now need to replicate at Wembley, it's gone against the grain recently after having that spell under robins and vivash.

Presuming we got paid to go out there. Which makes me wonder who funded this thing and what the point of it was as it doesn't exactly look like a packed crowd.

Well the club must see some benefit in taking part, else they wouldn’t have bothered

I watched the final this morning and saw other games in parts.

The lads did really well, a great experience for them and massive congratulations to them for winning the Seven’s tournament.

Kai Yearn does look a talent.

Reckon Yearn would do a job in League 2 on loan or would he be a VNL job?
