Silly question about which windows version to install (1 Viewer)

Does it matter if I install the US or the UK version of Windows? Or is it simply related to the keyboard .. much appreciated

Do you mean when you start the installer? Ideally you would use UK to be sure it has the keyboard layout but if you only have US you should be able to bodge it and just change the settings.

Yea , I'm guessing it's not a massive issue

Talking of Windows - is Windows 11 any good to install yet? I’ve been holding off for ages but I keep getting the update prompt

Yeah its not that bad, not too much different really.

From my limited use of it so far it's 10 with things moved around a bit so if you can run it I would crack on.

There is no difference, apart from the security the keyboard is it's own section you can chose any keyboard no matter what w10/w11 you use.
