Whats the contingency plans for cov when the pitch starts cutting up? Heavy rain tonight and sunday and its early in the season, whats fishers going to do when there is no grass come the winter?

My worry is Northampton are always going to have several days to get it ok for them - we're going to have 24hours. Never mind the quality of football, you'd have to be worried about a higher number of injuries. . If the pitch turns into a sack of sh*te I hope it doesn't ruin our form. Fingers crossed that it does't pan out that way.

In winter I can see quite a few postponements when the 100% extra games start to take a toll on the pitch and we have a slight frost (let alone snow). Sleds on the hill anyone?
